History of Valley Logistics

Valley Express, the parent company of Valley Logistics, was founded in 1979 to provide truck brokerage services to potato growers in the Upper Midwest. Starting with a handful of independent operators, we now run a fleet of more than 130 temperature control units and provide logistic services to thousands of shippers and carriers.

Today Valley Express is a nationwide freight company with offices in Fargo, North Dakota, Thief River Falls, Minnesota, Billings, Montana, and Ellensburg, Washington. We operate under a grant of forty-eight state contract and general commodities authority, and have the capacity to handle refrigerated and dry shipments and flatbed traffic throughout North America. With the installation of new computerized business solutions, we continue to expand our ability to facilitate all aspects of logistics coordination.

Through Valley Logistics we are now expanding our services to the Internet, using state-of-the-art technology to facilitate the matching of available freight and equipment. Our customers will utilize the most current logistics technology available, improving their ability to remain competitive, efficient and adaptable in today's market.

Over the years our company has grown and the needs of our customers have changed. We have met and will continue to meet the challenges of a changing marketplace.
